I get it. As guys, it’s quite a primal instinct to want to be massive, sturdy, and dominant. An imposing shape, something that stamps your authority at first appearance. And so, we’re drilled into us at a younger age that to expand this imposing parent, to be robust and suitable, we need the gym. Up until I changed into 27 and turned 28, I felt that way, until, after a protracted buildup, I quit the gymnasium and ditched the weights. 1. Freedom
